The JJR platform offers a more open, transparent and secure way to value and transact.
It allows sellers of operating solar assets to see prices and establish the basis for a transaction. The JJR platform brings together the seller asset frameworks and enables price transparency, creates collaboration and the sharing of information.
Characteristics of the Platform
- Non-binding: Offers are non-binding.
- Anonymous: Sellers can participate without disclosing their identity, which is to their advantage.
- Digital: Market participation is exclusively digital and occur only through the JJR gateway. Market participants can control their modules completely through close. No paper LOI, NDA’s. Bids or offers only get through the gateway upon completion of the modules by the MP.
- Easy to access price information on public site.
- Chat in Market: MPs can chat across the market with other participants.
